Welcome to Syra ("Syra," "Beyond Admission," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered test preparation platform available at syraabroad.com (the "Platform"), operated by YNJMohan Nanduri, an individual proprietor ("we," "us," "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("you," "your," "student," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Description of Service
Syra provides AI-assisted, self-paced digital test-preparation content and tools for standardized tests (currently SAT, with additional tests planned) via voice-guided lessons, interactive practice, and full-length practice exams. Syra is an educational tool intended to support a student's independent study; it does not provide official test administration, certification, or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by students preparing for standardized tests. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms and to your use of the Platform on your behalf, including any payment made.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@syraabroad.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription, Pricing & Payment
- Access to the full Syra curriculum is available for a one-time payment of ₹15,000, valid for 6 months from the date of successful payment.
- This is a one-time charge with no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue access after your 6-month validity period ends, you will need to purchase a new subscription at the then-current price.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are currently inclusive of all charges, as Syra is not currently registered for GST. This may change in the future, and any applicable taxes will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase if so.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Syra does not store your card, UPI, or banking details on its own servers.
5. Access & Acceptable Use
Your account and login are for your personal, individual use only. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with any other person;
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Syra content, including lessons, practice questions, diagrams, or handouts;
- Use any automated tool (scraper, bot, or similar) to extract content from the Platform;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform's underlying systems.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including lessons, practice questions, explanations, diagrams, audio narration, and the Syra AI persona — is the intellectual property of YNJMohan Nanduri / Syra and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access this content for your own study purposes. No other rights are granted.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Syra is a study aid, not a guarantee of any particular test score, admission outcome, or academic result. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including effort, prior preparation, and the specific test administered. We make no representation or warranty that use of the Platform will result in any particular score improvement or outcome.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syra and YNJMohan Nanduri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of study time, missed test dates, or academic outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent payment activity, or misuses the Platform, without refund of any remaining subscription period, at our discretion.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email where possible.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
